The Story

The vintage that sparked the dream. Handcrafted under the banner of The Gulati Foundation at The Wine Room, Inception was founded on classic French Clone 169 Cabernet Sauvignon — famed for its loose clusters, tiny concentrated berries, and refined structural backbone. Intertwined with the delicate violet perfume of Lodi Cabernet Franc and the plush, blue-fruit flesh of Malbec, two full years in barrel have melted its youthful grip into pure velvet.

Aromas of crushed blackberry, dried violet petals, pipe tobacco, and cocoa dust open the glass. The palate reveals melted dark chocolate, graphite, and sweet cedar spice, finishing with seamless, rounded tannins.
